At Qi Ming Learning Center, we don’t believe in hard selling or locking parents into long-term commitments.
Our goal is simple: to create genuine value for each child through joyful and effective Chinese learning — and that only works when it’s a good fit for both sides.
Step 1: Trial Class (20 mins)
Every new student starts with a 20-minute trial session.
It’s a chance for your child to explore, get comfortable, and interact with our teacher.
You can also chat with us about your goals or concerns.
No pressure, no commitment — just a first step to get to know each other.
Step 2: 1-Month Compatibility Period (Mutual Evaluation)
If the trial goes well, we invite your child to join a 1-month class cycle.
During this month:
- We observe your child’s learning style, engagement, and pace.
- You evaluate whether your child enjoys the class and sees progress.
This is a two-way process. We want to ensure:
- Your child feels motivated and safe.
- Our teaching methods match your expectations.
- We can truly support your child long-term.
At the end of the month, we’ll check in with you.
If it feels right for everyone, we’ll continue.
If not, you’re welcome to stop — no pressure, no strings attached.
Offboarding – If You Decide to Leave
Sometimes, circumstances change.
If you wish to withdraw later on, we ask for a 1-month advance notice.
This helps us:
- Wrap up learning properly.
- Provide a smooth transition.
- Release the slot to another child.
We’ll always wish our students the best, whether they stay with us or move on.

入学与退学流程
我们的理念
在启明学习中心，我们不推销、不强迫报名，也不设长期绑定。
我们的目标很简单：通过快乐而有效的中文学习，为每个孩子创造真正的价值。
而这只有在彼此合适的情况下才能实现。
第一步：试听课（20分钟）
每位新生都可以参加一节20分钟试听课。
让孩子放松感受课堂氛围，与老师互动。
家长也可以与我们沟通孩子的学习目标或需求。
不强求、不绑定，只是认识彼此的第一步。
第二步：一个月的适应期（双方互相了解）
如果试听课感觉不错，我们邀请孩子进入一个月的正式课程周期。
在这个月内：
- 我们观察孩子的学习习惯、参与度与进步。
- 家长评估孩子是否喜欢课程、是否受益。
这是一个双方的过程，我们希望确保：
- 孩子在课堂中感到安心、有动力。
- 教学方式符合您的期望。
- 我们有能力长期支持孩子的成长。
满一个月时，我们会与家长沟通。
如果彼此都觉得合适，就继续上课；如果暂时不适合，也完全没关系 — 不强留、不为难。
退学流程：一个月提前通知
我们理解每个家庭的安排可能会改变。
若您决定之后不再续课，我们只需提前一个月通知即可。
这样可以：
- 帮助我们为孩子做一个完整的学习收尾。
- 协调好班级位置安排。
- 顺利过渡给下一位学生。
无论走到哪，我们都会祝福每一个曾经在启明学习的孩子。

Unsere Philosophie
Im Qi Ming Learning Center gibt es keinen Verkaufsdruck und keine langfristigen Verpflichtungen.
Unser Ziel ist es, jedem Kind durch freudvolles und effektives Chinesischlernen echten Mehrwert zu bieten.
Das funktioniert nur, wenn es für beide Seiten passt.
Schritt 1: Probestunde (20 Minuten)
Jedes neue Kind beginnt mit einer 20-minütigen Probestunde.
Das Kind kann den Unterricht erleben und sich wohlfühlen.
Du als Elternteil kannst uns deine Wünsche oder Fragen mitteilen.
Ganz unverbindlich – einfach ein erstes Kennenlernen.
Schritt 2: 1-monatige Kennenlernphase (für beide Seiten)
Nach der Probestunde kann dein Kind für einen Monat regulär teilnehmen (normale Gebühren).
In dieser Zeit:
- Beobachten wir das Lernverhalten und die Entwicklung deines Kindes.
- Du beobachtest, ob dein Kind Spaß hat und Fortschritte macht.
Es ist ein gegenseitiges Kennenlernen. Wir möchten sicherstellen:
- Dein Kind fühlt sich sicher und motiviert.
- Unsere Methode passt zu euren Erwartungen.
- Wir können dein Kind langfristig sinnvoll begleiten.
Am Ende des Monats sprechen wir miteinander.
Wenn es passt, machen wir weiter.
Wenn nicht, ist das auch in Ordnung – ganz ohne Druck.
Ausstieg – Wenn Ihr Später Aufhören Möchtet
Wenn ihr euch entscheidet, später aufzuhören, bitten wir um eine 1-monatige Vorankündigung.
Das hilft uns:
- Den Unterricht sinnvoll abzuschließen.
- Den Platz an ein anderes Kind weiterzugeben.
- Einen reibungslosen Übergang zu ermöglichen.
Wir wünschen jedem Kind nur das Beste – ob es bleibt oder weiterzieht.
